I own a large portfolio of properties and have given them to Teepee on a guaranteed rent scheme. So even if the property is empty they will still pay me my rent. Fantastic scheme and I must admit the quality of the tenants are very good. I have dealt with them for over 3 years and I have always received the rent on time. If a problem as arisen with the property they tell me immediately and if I cannot, they have their own maintenance team who charge less than market average and still good quality. Keep up the good work. Strongly recommend them to other landlords.
