He is also a professional Landlord and maintains an extensive portfolio of properties located in Coventry where TeePee Property Management Ltd has a satellite office.
His role within the company is concerned with all aspects of finance, accounting, legal procedure, property administration and general business planning.

Torun Mehmet - Managing Director

Torun has a wealth of experience in day to day property management and procurement. He has owned and operated two highly successful BairstowEves Countrywide estate agency franchises located in Woolwich and Blackheath.
As Managing Director of TeePee Property Management Ltd, Torun is responsible for new property procurement, Landlord relations and acting Head of Operations for the extensive property maintenance division.
Craig Hallam - Commercial Manager

Craig is the catalyst between Tee Pee and the customer to ensure Tee Pee's own expansion and that the customer enjoys the highest and most professional standards of service from the company.
With over 16 years experience within the property industry in residential and commercial sales, management, acquisitions and disposals, Craig has also represented national service providers at senior levels, negotiating and managing contracts in the supported housing sector.
With the experience in both property and the supported housing arena, Craig is responsible for these areas of business development for the company, and ensuring its excellence in delivery.
